Please see below an update on anticipated transport movements to facilitate the construction of Crystal Rig IV. Movements constitutes HGV travel to site (1 movement) and return trip from site (1 movement).

We would like to assure you that we are working to minimise disruption locally and we encourage you to get in touch should you have any questions or concerns. 

We expect these movements to take place between 7am and 7pm. There will be other smaller deliveries with site resources, but these are the main HGV loads due onsite.

Update – Wednesday 10 September

Due to todays windy weather and the ongoing A1 roadworks tonights planned delivery of tower sections has been cancelled. Apologies for the late notification and any inconvenience this late change may cause.

Update – Monday 8 September

Due to operational delays unfortunately we have had to make alterations to this weeks planned deliveries. Tonight’s (Monday) blade delivery will now take place on Tuesday night. The delivery on Wednesday will take place as planned and the second blade delivery planned for Thursday night will now take place on Friday night. Apologies for the late notification and any inconvenience this late change may cause. 

Additional component deliveries – Mon 8, blades x 3 arriving at the site at approx 2300. Tues 9, no component deliveries. Wed 10, tower sections x 3 arriving at the site at approx 2300. Thur 11, blades x 3 arriving at the site at approx 2300. Fri 12, no component deliveries. Sat 13, no component deliveries. Please note these deliveries are subject to change due to operational delays. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
